With breathtaking views across the Solent, this property cried out for a way to accentuate its position.

The project involved completely renovating the existing property, rewiring and replastering almost every part. Then it was about adding a striking oak frame extension and loft conversion in a way that allowed the owners to perfectly balance the way they live their lives, indoors and out.

Now approximately 4,000 square foot, the property now features a commanding wall of oak and glass at the back of the extension where the open plan kitchen sits next to newly distinct dining and TV zones.

Up top, the loft conversion generates two additional bedrooms, including the master suite and two balcony roof windows give even more opportunity to soak up the stunning views.
