Located in central Winchester, the original house was a completely unmodernised 1960’s property – being unoccupied for over 2 years prior to being purchased, we advised our clients that this meant 5% VAT could be applied.

The design entails every aspect of the existing property being demolished, except for existing foundations that could be reused and two existing external walls.

A dramatic double height entrance with extensive aluminium glazing will lead to a bespoke timber staircase, with black, oak and glass finishes, setting the scene for a super high spec, contemporary home.

The vast open plan kitchen, dining space is flooded with light by 7m wide ultra thin frame dining doors and a stunning 3m roof window. The concrete effect floor tiles are 3m x 1.5m each, adding drama to this incredible space.
